General terms and conditions

1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to each treatment, session, offer, and transaction between The Magic of New Beginnings, the energetic practice and the customer, unless expressly and in writing otherwise agreed upon by the parties. The practice is managed and operated by The Magic of New Beginnings (Trading name ON Allures), located at 's Gravenwezel, Wijnegemsteenweg 130, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number ON 0839.237.664.
2. Obligations of "The Magic of New Beginnings": Treatments and Sessions
2.1 Michèle Truyens ensures that the treatments and sessions carried out meet the requirements of good and careful craftsmanship. This includes the use of solid materials and products. Michèle Truyens will inform the customer about the nature, scope, expected results, and potential risks of the treatment or session.
2.2 Michèle Truyens will inform the customer about the financial implications of any changes or additions to the treatment as reasonably as possible.
2.3 Michèle Truyens will request the customer to provide accurate information necessary for the proper execution of the treatment or session.
2.4 Michèle Truyens will not perform treatments or sessions that are beyond her professional competence.
3. Customer's Obligations: Treatments and Sessions
3.1 The customer must provide Michèle Truyens with all data that are reasonably necessary for the proper execution of the treatment or session.
3.2 The customer must inform Michèle Truyens in advance of any specific preferences, medical or psychological conditions, or allergies.
4. Payment: Treatments and Sessions
4.1 Michèle Truyens lists the prices of all treatments and sessions visibly on the website "www.themagicofnewbeginnings.be."
4.2 The listed prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Offers are valid for the stated period or while supplies last.
4.4 If specified in advance, the customer is required to pay in advance for the treatment or session, either before or immediately after the treatment or session, and for the purchase of any products.

5. Cancellation Policy: Treatments and Sessions
5.1 In case of hindrance, the customer must cancel the appointment (treatment, lesson, or workshop) as soon as possible but at least 24 hours prior to the treatment or session to avoid charges.
5.2 If the customer arrives more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled treatment or session, Michèle Truyens has the right to cancel the appointment and charge the full amount.
6. Complaint Handling: Treatments and Sessions
6.1 If the customer has a complaint about the treatment or session, it must be reported in writing by email and phone to Michèle Truyens as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after discovery.
6.2 Michèle Truyens is required to provide a suitable response to the complaint within 5 working days.
6.3 If a complaint is valid, Michèle Truyens will redo the treatment. If this is deemed pointless by the customer, they must communicate this in writing.
6.4 If Michèle Truyens and the customer cannot reach an agreement, the customer can submit the complaint to the relevant authorities or a mediator.
7. Damage, Theft, and Accidents: Treatments and Sessions
7.1 If the customer damages furniture, equipment, materials, or products in the treatment room or owned by Michèle Truyens, she has the right to demand compensation.
7.2 Theft will be reported to the police by Michèle Truyens without exception.
7.3 Michèle Truyens is not responsible for damages caused by third parties or theft in the treatment room.
7.4 Michèle Truyens is not responsible for accidental accidents in the treatment room.
8. Medical Considerations: Treatments and Sessions
8.1 If the customer has a relevant medical background for the treatment, they must always inform Michèle Truyens in advance. If the treatment or session is potentially dangerous for the customer, Michèle Truyens has the right to inform the customer and advise against participation. Ultimately, the customer is responsible for their own health.
9. Proper Behavior: Treatments and Sessions
9.1 The customer must conduct themselves in the treatment room according to generally accepted standards. If the customer continues to behave inappropriately despite repeated warnings, Michèle Truyens has the right to refuse access to the treatment room without providing reasons.
10. Applicable Law: Treatments and Sessions
10.1 Belgian law applies to every agreement between Michèle Truyens and the customer. In the event of the interpretation of the content and scope of these general terms and conditions, the Dutch text is decisive. The version in effect is always the latest deposited version or the version in force at the time of entering into the agreement. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch-speaking Courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WEBSHOP WITH ONLINE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
1. Definitions
1.1 "Webshop" refers to the online store operated by The magic of New Beginnings (Trading name ON Allures), located at 's Gravenwezel, Wijnegemsteenweg 130, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number ON 0839.237.664.
1.2 "Customer" refers to a natural person or legal entity making a purchase on the Webshop.
2. Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between the Webshop and the Customer relating to the sale of online digital products.
3. Offers and Agreements
3.1 All offers on the Webshop are non-binding and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
3.2 An agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order and the Webshop confirms this order by email. The Webshop reserves the right to refuse orders.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices on the Webshop are listed in euros, including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment must be made through the payment methods specified on the Webshop. Upon receipt of payment, the Customer will gain access to the digital products.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
5.1 Delivery of digital products is done via a download link or other electronic medium suitable for transferring digital files.
5.2 The Webshop aims to make digital products available immediately after receiving payment. However, the Customer understands that variations in delivery times may occur.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Given the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made on the Webshop.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights related to the digital products and the Webshop itself remain the property of the Webshop. The Customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the digital products without written permission from the Webshop.
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1 Complaints about delivered digital products must be submitted in writing to the Webshop within 5 days of receipt.
8.2 These General Terms and Conditions, as well as the agreements between the Customer and the Webshop, are subject to Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of district of Antwerp.
